Looking for a logo and banner.

Hi everyone!! I have decided to upgrade my blog Angies Freebies to a website. I have purchased the name angiesfreebies.com. Which is a major improvement from the blogger address I currently have. I am in the process of transferring my blog. I would like to have my name branded or have a logo. I think those are the same 2 things. I am also looking for a banner/ badge can use that goes with my logo. I have a very small advertising budget. My blog is very new so not much income yet. I am willing to offer a permenant advertising spot on my homepage if someone can help me out. My site is all about freebies. I am just looking for a cute memorable logo that is mine to keep. I appreciate any input including sites where I can create my own.
